Abstract submission

General Guidelines

An abstract is a succinct and structured summary of a research project, case report, or study, designed to present clear, coherent, and substantive information on the selected topic. It must be written in original language and should not contain verbatim excerpts from previously published or submitted work.

The primary purpose of an abstract is to function as a self-contained scholarly statement that can be understood independently, without reference to external sources or the full paper. It should clearly articulate the research objectives, contextual relevance, and significance of the work, while summarizing key content areas and principal findings or outcomes. Submissions that introduce novel ideas, theoretical perspectives, or empirical research that advances understanding across disciplines are strongly encouraged.

Abstract Guidelines

Both the abstract and the oral or poster presentation must be prepared and delivered in English. Abstracts may not exceed 400 words, excluding the following elements: Title, Author(s), Co-authors, Scientific Coordinators, Affiliations, and Keywords.

The title should be concise and not exceed 20 words. Authors are encouraged to craft an engaging and informative title that accurately reflects the core ideas and contributions of the work, while attracting the interest of the academic communit
